Skënder Hitaj in Korça, message to structures: Focus on drug cultivation, criminal groups and illegal possession of weapons

Director General Skënder Hitaj held a meeting in Korça, at the Local Police Directorate, where he gathered the leaders of this directorate, the heads of police stations, and the heads of sectors.

The meeting lasted about 1 hour, during which a number of issues were discussed and directives were given by Hitaj.

Sources within the meeting revealed that the police chief's orders are related to cracking down on cases of drug cultivation and distribution, as well as identifying persons involved in criminal groups.

Another message is related to the illegal possession of weapons, as well as the controls that need to be increased, especially in educational institutions and beyond, to maintain order and the safety of citizens.
