The mother of teacher Alban Bejleri has reacted with a message on social media, revealing important details about her son's life and sacrifices.

She writes that the 52-year-old had worked for about 6 years as a teacher in the most remote areas of the Maliq municipality, first in Gribec and then in Marjan, without ever complaining about the difficulties.

His mother, Qazime Bejleri, through a post on her Facebook account, made a very touching dedication to her late son, heartbroken, she writes:  "You opened a big wound for us, Alban, your sweet mouth to everyone, that will never close, never, our heart, our soul, our brave, our king ALBAN, the most beautiful name in the world! Why, oh God, did you take our only son?"

She further writes that he never complained about the long journey he took to get to his students, and despite the weather conditions he never left his job: " But you left us with your head aside, my soul, you left my two little sons and Rina, who loved you so much, you left your sister who never stopped crying, your grandchildren were left without an uncle, Klejdis and Paolo were left without an uncle who loved me and loved you so much! Oh our dear heart, we knew that only we loved you, but everyone, friendship, society, all of Devoll, wherever they were, from all over the country have written about you, our brave one, for the values and your noble work, that you saw me at the head of the task near the school, you went and never returned ."

With nearly three decades of experience in education and the last five years dedicated to this deep area, Professor Albani taught a very small number of students, sometimes just two or three. But for him, the number did not matter as each student was a world in itself and had his own importance.

Family members say he made dozens of requests to be transferred closer to the city or to more accessible villages, but they remained unanswered. He continued to go where he was assigned, never abandoning his duty.
