Major police operation in Mitrovica and Vushtrri, 26 arrested and thousands of euros seized

The Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, has announced a large-scale police operation, carried out last night in dozens of locations in Mitrovica and Vushtrri.

According to Sveçla's Facebook post, the action focused on combating suspicious activities related to the organization of pyramid schemes and illegal gambling.

From this operation, as he says, 26 people were arrested, while around 150 thousand euros were seized, reports Klankosova.tv.

In addition to the anti-drug operation in Peja, another major operation by the Kosovo Police took place last night in dozens of different locations in Mitrovica and Vushtrri, targeting suspicious activities related to the criminal offenses of organizing pyramid schemes and illegal gambling.
