E-Albania out of service for several weeks/ Citizens and businesses continue to receive no service

The e-Albania government portal continues to be out of service, not offering any services to citizens and businesses.
Even this Sunday, citizens have encountered difficulties accessing the platform, which has been down for several weeks now.
Edi Rama appointed Minister "Diella" to assist in this portal, but the latter remains 'off'.
This issue has become a serious concern for citizens and especially for emigrants returning to their homeland during this period, who must deal with documentation.
