They call it the pinnacle of world sport. Such Olympics, which once in four years gives the biggest spectacle, and also the most brilliant victories.

However, the Olympic Games in Paris this summer are getting more and more tarnished. Many athletes have accused and continue to accuse about the poor quality of the medals.

The last were two French swimmers, Klement Seshi and Johan Ndoje-Bruar. They were part of France's 4x100m medley relay team, finishing third behind China and the United States.

Seshi and Ndoje-Bruar have published photos of their medals on social networks, where it is clear that they have started to get damaged within 4-5 months of delivery. Earlier, three American athletes made this protest.

Rugby champion Ajlona Maher won bronze at Paris 2024, in a tournament where New Zealand took the gold, and the famous American accused the medals of poor quality.

Nijher Huston, bronze medalist in skateboarding, and Nik Aitkin, winner in men's fencing, have also done this.

Paris 2024 was undoubtedly a great spectacle, and with sporting peaks, although the French medals are not reaching the level of fame of the capital of France, and are being considered weaker than those of Tokyo or others.

Now, the baton has passed the American metropolis, Los Angeles, and the hope is that after four years, the gold, silver and bronze will shine properly in the land of Hollywood.
