Bayern and English club agree on 60 million euros, French striker rejects transfer

Matthijs Tell is set to leave Bayern Munich in the January transfer window. He even bid farewell to the fans with a walk around the pitch after the Champions League match in midweek. But the striker does not prefer the destination he has been offered.
The Frenchman had openly expressed his desire to leave and Bayern had accepted it, starting negotiations with other clubs. Yesterday, a very important offer came for the 19-year-old player, as Tottenham was ready to pay around 60 million euros for him. The leaders of the English club traveled to Munich and met with the player to present their project for the future, as in the current season, Tottenham is far from any expectations.
But today, Tel has responded negatively, making it clear that he does not want to be part of Tottenham, causing the transfer to fail. Other teams have also been interested in him and Tel seems to expect names like Arsenal, Manchester United or Chelsea to make their offer to secure his services.
