Details emerge from the sudden death of renowned Albanian singer Shpat Kasapi.
It is learned that Kasapi was at a concert in Bologna when he became unwell and later passed away. It is suspected that a heart attack was the cause.
The artist from Dibrani, who for more than two decades was one of the most beloved names on the Albanian scene, did not manage to survive the heart attack, although he was not reported to have had any previous health problems.
Shpat Kasapi, born on May 1, 1985 in Tetovo, grew up in a family of Dibra origin and musical tradition. Since the early 2000s, he became part of the Albanian music scene, gaining great popularity with his modern style and energetic performances. Songs like “A më do?”, “Valle Kosovare”, “Dashni pa limit” and “Aroma e saj” became hits that made him known throughout Albania.
Throughout his career, Kasapi participated in important festivals and created collaborations that left a mark on the public. He continued to be active and present in music, maintaining his popularity even in recent years.
