Pumpkins with yogurt and garlic

Ingredients

1 kg zucchini
A little flour for sprinkling the zucchini
Oil for frying
500 g sour cream or 1 kg yogurt
4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon vinegar
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, dill

Preparation

Wash the pumpkins, lightly scratch them to remove the outer skin and cut them into circles about 0.5 cm. Sprinkle them with flour and salt. Heat the oil and fry the pumpkins on both sides until they turn golden brown. Meanwhile, peel the garlic, crush it with a little salt and add it to the yogurt. Add the vinegar, olive oil and some finely chopped dill. Combine the yogurt with garlic with the pumpkins and leave for a while to combine the flavors.
