Journalist Poli Hoxha, invited to the show Kjo Javë on News24 , commented on the clash between the political class and SPAK, describing the situation as the final phase of the conflict.
According to Hoxha, there is no longer room for coexistence between politics and the institutions of the new justice system, emphasizing that SPAK and GJKKO were created exclusively to fight organized crime and high-level corruption, which according to him is linked to senior state leaders.
He stated that after a period of about 10 years of coexistence, the situation has entered a final test, mentioning Prime Minister Edi Rama as a central figure in this confrontation. According to the journalist, there could be a final clash between the parties this spring.
Hoxha stated that, according to his analysis, if there are attempts to weaken SPAK, this would lead to clashes not only domestically but also with international partners. He emphasized that the United States of America has considered SPAK a national interest, while the European Union has, according to him, set strong conditions in this regard, including financing and geostrategic interests.
The journalist further stated that, in his assessment, SPAK is in conflict with what he considers a corrupt political class, while adding that, according to his claims, Rama's 14-year political circle has been involved in SPAK investigations and that potential charges against the prime minister could be related to abuse of office, obstruction of justice and the Tirana incinerator issue.
"There is no peace now, we are in the final phase, or one side or the other is eliminated. SPAK and the reform in general, SPAK and GJKKO were created exclusively and only for organized crime and high corruption. Who created high corruption, ministers, prime ministers, and even directors. 10 years have passed and they are coexisting, but something created to eliminate you cannot coexist.
