Rama in Estonia, participates in the Lennart Meri 2026 Conference! Agenda

Prime Minister Edi Rama will pay a working visit to Tallinn, Estonia, today, on the occasion of participating in the Lennart Meri Conference 2026, one of the most important international forums for debate on foreign policy, security and global geopolitical challenges, organized this year under the motto “Fortune Favors the Brave”.
Prime Minister Rama is invited to the opening panel “A Bridge over Troubled Waters: The Next Chapter of Transatlantic Cooperation”, alongside senior Euro-Atlantic leaders and representatives, where the discussion will focus on the future of the transatlantic partnership, the strengthening of NATO’s European pillar, global security challenges and Ukraine’s role in the new European security architecture.

As part of the visit, Prime Minister Rama will hold a bilateral meeting with his counterpart, Estonian Prime Minister Kristian Michal at the Stenbock House, which will be followed by a meeting between the two delegations, and will be hosted by the President of Estonia, Alar Karis, in his office.

During their stay in Tallinn, Prime Minister Rama and the Albanian delegation will visit the NATO Center of Excellence for Cooperative Cyber ​​Defense, where they will meet with the center's leaders and learn about its activities and role in strengthening cyber defense within NATO.

Part of the agenda is also a visit to the Memorial to the Victims of Communism in Maarjamäe, as well as a stop at the e-Estonia Briefing Centre, one of the most renowned international centers of innovation and digital governance. Among other things, Prime Minister Rama will give an interview to the Estonian daily Postimees, on Albania's perspective towards membership in the European Union.
