A judge was missing/ Hearings at the GJKKO for Balluk's former subordinate, Evis Berberi, and the former director of Tirana Municipality are postponed

The plenary sessions on the basis of documents in the GJKKO for the cases with applicants Evis Berberi and Redi Molla were not held on the scheduled date, March 5, 2026.

According to the official announcement, the postponement was due to the incomplete formation of the panel, as one of the members was on an official trip abroad.

The court has announced that the hearings will take place on a new date, March 26, 2026, according to a set schedule.

Thus, the hearing of the case for the former head of the Albanian Anti-Corruption Agency, Evis Berberi, will begin at 12:00, while that for the former director of the Municipality of Tirana, Redi Molla, will begin at 13:00.

The hearings will be held on the basis of documents, without the presence of the parties, in accordance with the procedures provided by the court.
