In the letter signed by Altin Dumani, who ends his mandate with a very strong blow, it is requested that the measure be replaced from that of banning him from leaving the country and suspension from duty to deprivation of liberty, i.e. arrest.
Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço says in "Top Story" that this request comes as an emergency following the Constitutional Court's decision to reinstate the Deputy Prime Minister.
