Kosovo, counting of votes from the diaspora ends. Vetëvendosje wins in Pristina, Viti and South Mitrovica

The Central Election Commission has published the final results of postal votes, conditional votes and those of persons with special needs for several municipalities in Kosovo as part of the electoral process.
These results have influenced the balance of the electoral race in some of the municipalities, highlighting the close competition between candidates, especially in the run-offs held.
The CEC has announced that on Monday the counting process will continue for a portion of the packages that have been withdrawn from mailboxes in the US and Australia.
Below are detailed data for the municipalities of Prishtina, Fushë Kosovë/Kosovo Polje, Peja, South Mitrovica and Viti, according to official CEC data.
Diaspora votes, VV candidate leads in Pristina
The Central Election Commission has also published the results of the postal votes for the Municipality of Pristina on its official website. The Vetëvendosje candidate received the most votes from the diaspora.
Hajrulla Çeku received a total of 395 votes, while Përparim Rama received 168 votes.
The diaspora votes are led by the VV candidate in Fushë Kosovë.
The process of counting conditional votes and those with special needs in the Municipality of Fushë Kosovës has been completed.
Valon Prebreza of VV leads with conditional votes and has secured 70.18% of them, while Besnik Osmani of LDK has received 29.82%. Meanwhile, in the votes with special needs, Osmani leads with 51.61%, while Prebreza has received 48.39% of these votes.
Diaspora votes, LDK candidate leads in Peja
The results of the counting of conditional votes and those of people with special needs for the November 9 run-off in the Municipality of Peja have already been published on the website of the Central Election Commission.
Regarding votes with special needs, Gazmend Muhaxheri received 107 votes, while the VV candidate, Taulant Kelmendi, only 38. Meanwhile, in conditional votes, Kelmendi received 14 votes, while Muhaxheri only 8.
Diaspora votes, VV candidate leads in South Mitrovica
The postal votes for the South Mitrovica Municipality have already been published on the CEC website.
The Vetëvendosje candidate also won with diaspora votes.
Faton Peci of VV received a total of 298 votes, while Arian Tahiri of PDK received 125 votes.
Diaspora votes, VV candidate leads in Viti
The Central Election Commission has published the results of postal votes for the Municipality of Viti, where the result between Sokol Haliti of LDK and Arsim Ademi of VV was very close.
Even after counting the postal votes, of which Ademi received 317 and Sokol Haliti 234, LDK has managed to maintain the primacy of the winning party of the runoff, with a difference of only 136 votes in the final result.
According to the CEC website, Sokol Haliti has a total of 8,622 votes, while Arsim Ademi 8,486.
