Why this anger towards Altin Dumani and SPAK?

Throughout their discourse, analysts and media figures politically attached to Berisha have an argument against SPAK and Altin Dumani, which they then attack hard, to the point of a record-breaking attack, like Andi Bushati's a few nights ago, where he shouted in the studio:
"It will be a white day for Albanians the day SPAK disappears, melts, and is destroyed!"
Why this aggression, this wildly destructive desire against SPAK?
Because all analysts close to Berisha have, at the core of their reasoning, one argument:
"SPAK disrupted the political balance in Albania, hitting opposition leaders and thus giving Rama an absolute fourth mandate."
In their view, no matter how much SPAK strikes the left, no matter how many important figures of the socialist government are touched by the sword of justice, it is useless as long as Berisha, Meta and Mediu are hit on the other side, while Rama is not.
In any society where moral reasoning has not yet fully won over the instinct of pocket interest, a natural opposition arises towards those who try to put the order of morality before power.
Such is the case with Altin Dumani and the SPAK institution, towards whom a group of self-proclaimed “opposition” analysts have directed a rage that is more than political, it is essentially something spiritual: a rejection of morality in the name of the passion for power and wealth.
First, justice is not a means, but an end in itself. This is the foundation of practical reasoning.
If justice investigates one person, it does not do so to favor another; it acts because moral reasoning (is it right to have committed corruption?) and the law require it.
Anyone who judges justice by its consequences and petty political calculations sees it not as a moral category, but as a means to achieve a power goal. Justice is the power of morality, not a political instrument.
This is exactly what analysts who declare that "SPAK upset the political balance" are doing.
Essentially, they acknowledge that the balance of power they seek to preserve is not a balance of right, but of the interaction of three corrupt people:
"Better three gangs than just the dictatorship of Edi Rama's gang."
But does this argument really hold up?
To verify, let's do another equation:
If Sali Berisha, after being declared non grata by the US, would not be investigated by SPAK, but would undertake his battle to take over the DP and the headquarters without any "thorn in the side" from justice:
* Would there be a figure more accepted by Albanian voters in the May 11 elections?
* Would Berisha be perceived as less corrupt on May 11th if he were not investigated for the privatization of the "Partizani" club?
* A do të kishte epërsi morale ndaj Ramës sepse do të perceptohej si politikan alternativ dhe me vullnet për të luftuar oligarkinë, për të çmontuar korrupsionin si sistem (jo ndërrime emrash e xhepash), si lideri që me ardhjen në pushtet të tij do të ndaleshin tenderat korruptivë, kullat e pastrimit të parave, etj.?
Nëse dikush ka guximin t’i përgjigjet me sinqeritet qoftë edhe njërës prej këtyre pyetjeve me “po”, atëherë mund të themi që SPAK ka prishur balancën politike.
Por është e vështirë të gjesh dikë me mendje të shëndoshë që të belbëzojë qoftë edhe një gjysmë “po”-je.
Sepse post factum Berisha u largua në zgjedhjet më të lira dhe më të standardizuara , ato të vitit 2013 me 1 milion vota kundër, si një lider rrënjësisht i korruptuar, i lidhur me skandalet e ARMO-s, Taci Oil, oligarkët si Mane dhe Frangaj që rrinin në paradhomën e Kryeministrisë së tij dhe zaptonin që në atë kohë miniera në Bulqizë, plazhe me 1 euro, reklama pafund nga buxheti i shtetit për TV-të e tyre; me skandalet e Gërdecit, të 21 janarit dhe videoskandalin Meta–Prifti; me një polici të inkriminuar dhe të paaftë, me Kuliqin në krye; me dogana, tatime, hipoteka dhe legalizime që ishin simbol i korrupsionit, paaftësisë dhe zhvatjes së qytetarëve.
Atëherë, çfarë balance prishi SPAK?
Jo balancën politike , por balancën e pandëshkueshmërisë!
Arrestoi Ilir Metën, pas skandaleve më flagrante të korrupsionit në vend për 33 vite: nga CEZ–DIA, te gjobat që vendoste, një pjesë e të cilave doli në videon Meta–Prifti, deri te ekspozimi i pasurisë marramendëse — vila në Lalëz, etj.
SPAK, duke e arrestuar, nuk e lejoi Ilir Metën që me paratë e korrupsionit dhe lidhjet me krimin (si p.sh. lidhjet me Troplinët dhe Kelmend Balilin) të blinte vota për LSI-në.
E parë në këtë këndvështrim pervers e me bosht malinj morali, po …SPAK nuk lejoi Metën të blinte votat e shqiptarëve të varfër, siç ka bërë që nga viti 2005.
SPAK, duke hetuar Berishën, na tregoi se përrallat e tij për pasuri modeste dhe vajzën e tij “shtresë e mesme” ishin përralla për moshën 2–3 vjeç, sepse vetëm me një auditim rezultoi që vajza e tij kishte 6 shtëpi në Bruksel, Amsterdam, Mynih, Berlin, Budapest dhe Vjenë; kishte mbi 25 milionë euro pasuri, ndërsa Berisha kishte shpenzuar në opozitë 700 mijë euro për trajtime mjekësore në klinikat më të mira të Europës dhe kishte paguar 600 mijë paund zyrë avokatie në Londër për të hequr non gratën (që dështoi me sukses).
Ah po, SPAK është “fajtor” që na i tregoi këto të vërteta! Nuk duhej t’i thoshte… kështu Andi Bushati dhe kolegët e tij do ndiheshin të fortë në sofizmin e tyre.
Në fakt, SPAK nuk hetoi ende se si Berisha, pa vulën e PD-së dhe pa fonde nga KQZ-ja, bëri një fushatë miliardere në zgjedhjet vendore të 2023-s dhe se si paguante stadiumin “Arena” dhe fusnin me autobus kandidatin e tij në skena shou të kushtueshme, se si loboi në SHBA me 2.5 milionë euro kontrata…

The investigation into Ilir Meta, who has lived as a symbol of institutionalized corruption, or the exposure of the Berisha family's assets, are not political acts, they are acts of public reason that seeks to establish the law on the corruption of the powerful.
Those who call this "selectivity" actually prove that they cannot recognize the difference between individual responsibility and collective interest.
The anti-Dumani mobs do not speak from a position of reason, but from the incitement of passion for money and power. They are emotionally and economically tied to an old order, where the rule of evil had become the norm.
Therefore, for them, any establishment of the rule of law acts as a pain.
They do not protect the opposition, they protect the assets of Berisha and Meta, from which their own profits derive.
In this sense, SPAK and Altin Dumani do not represent a political instrument of Edi Rama or anyone else, if this arouses hatred in those who have lived with impunity, then this hatred is the clearest proof that justice, for the first time, is happening.
