President of the Order of Dentists of Albania elected

The Order of Dentists of Albania has concluded the electoral process throughout the country, following the voting in the 7 regions and the constitution of the National Assembly, in accordance with the statute and court decisions in force.
At the final meeting of the National Assembly, by secret ballot, Arben Muçaj was elected the new President of the institution for the 2025–2030 term.
His election comes after the end of the mandate of former president Nikoll Deda, who completed the two mandates provided for by the statute.
With this process, the institution returns to its functional normality, opening a new phase for the democratic, transparent and professional organization of the USSH structures.
In his speech after the election, the new President Dr. Muçaj emphasized the change in the philosophy of the functioning of the Order: " The Order of Dentists has so far functioned as a structure that issued orders and penalties to dentists. From today on, the Order will be their advocate, defender and representative, not a punitive authority."
