The Fier Court has ordered the three accused of the murder of 56-year-old Anesti Rama, who was raped and strangled with a wire a few days ago in his apartment in the village of Frashër, Patos.
According to the investigations so far, Anesti Rama was strangled with a wire by his 26-year-old daughter, Ermalinda Rama, as well as her 55-year-old boyfriend, Çlirim Dogani, while the 26-year-old's mother, Valbona Rama (also Anesti Rama's wife) helped clean up the crime scene and hide the evidence.
They appeared before the panel of judges composed of Judge Klodiana Keyeziu and Prosecutor Lorena Sallillari where they will be briefed on security measures.
The three are accused of the macabre murder of the 56-year-old, who was initially reported to have been hit in the genitals with hard objects and then strangled with a wire.
Anesti Rama is suspected of strangling his 26-year-old daughter, Ermalinda Rama, with a wire on the evening of July 23rd in collaboration with 55-year-old Çlirim Dogani, with whom, according to sources, she had begun an intimate relationship.
It is learned that in the apartment where the crime occurred, in the village of Frashër in Fier, at the time of the incident, were the victim's daughter, her boyfriend Çlirim Dogani, and the 26-year-old's mother, Valbona Rama (also Anesti Rama's wife), all three of whom are now in police custody.
Initially, it is suspected that Ermalinda hit her father in the genitals and after the 56-year-old fell to the ground, Çlirim Dogani held him by the hands while the 26-year-old strangled him with a wire, reports TCH.
According to the police, the two suspected perpetrators of the crime used hard objects and cutting tools to commit the murder.
Meanwhile, the victim's wife is accused of helping her 26-year-old daughter cover up the crime by cleaning the blood from the victim's body.
The 55-year-old's involvement in the crime and his intimate relationship with Anesti Rama's daughter was revealed by answering the phone, after Ermalinda communicated with him after her father's murder.
According to sources, Emalindë's sister, who currently lives in Italy, is married in the village of Suk, Roskovec.
She kept her sister at her home from time to time, where she worked in the greenhouses of farmers in the Suk 1, Suk 2 areas, as well as in Arapaj, where it is learned that Ermalinda met Çlirim and it is suspected that they formed a romantic relationship.
The 55-year-old, who was placed in handcuffs on July 26, denied all charges in his testimony given to the police after his arrest.
He claimed that he was in his village of Arapaj, far away from the scene of the crime, when the crime occurred.
Çlirim Dogani is known to have been married and had adult children. According to sources, the 26-year-old has been engaged 3 times, but has since divorced.
The suspicions are that she took the life of her father, 56-year-old Anesti Rama, because she saw him as an obstacle to her new relationship with the 55-year-old.
Continuous investigative work to fully uncover the circumstances of the incident that occurred in the village of Frashër, where citizen ER killed her father for weak motives.
The 26-year-old's accomplice is arrested.
Following the investigations carried out with the aim of fully documenting the circumstances of the event, specialists from the Section for the Investigation of Crimes Against the Person of the Fier Local Police Directorate detained citizen Ç. D., 55 years old, resident of the village of Arapaj, Roskovec.
From the investigations, it is suspected that this citizen collaborated with citizen ER in the murder of her father through strangulation (strangulation with a wire), as well as using hard objects and cutting tools.
The procedural materials were referred to the Fier Prosecutor's Office for further action.
