The candidate for head of the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK), Doloreza Musabelliu, received several questions from members of the High Prosecutorial Council.

One of them, Arta Mandro, asked him how he would treat her if she went to his office about a personal matter.

Musabelli's response, asking " will you ask for the favor or not in return for the reward ?" initially caused laughter, but she later clarified that she asked this question to determine whether or not there was a criminal offense.

"I will wait for a person I know, but when he asks for a certain favor, a separation is required, from today onwards we will no longer be colleagues. If there are other elements, I will also follow the legal rules to pursue it further," explained Musabelliu.

Arta Mandro: If I were to come to you and ask for favors related to me, for issues that I am implicated in and have a special status in, how would you treat me?

Doloreza Musabelliu: Would you ask for favors in exchange for rewards or not? Because it matters for qualification, whether there is work or not
