Real Madrid, ultimatum for Xabi Alonso, decide the next three matches

Xabi Alonso's future at Real Madrid is increasingly dependent on upcoming results.

After the Champions League defeat to Manchester City, Spanish media report that the Spanish coach has received an ultimatum: the next three matches, against Alaves, Talavera in the Copa del Rey and Sevilla, will be decisive for his continuity.

Criticism of Alonso focuses mainly on the team's physical condition and recent poor results, with only 2 wins in the last 8 matches.

Although the next three games seem to offer an opportunity for recovery, the situation with absences due to injuries and suspensions makes his job difficult.

Xabi Alonso's possible successors

Florentino Perez is already considering options for a new coach.

The name that most attracts the president is Jurgen Klopp, who, however, is still under contract with Red Bull and does not seem ready to return to the bench during the season.

Another option being discussed is a return of Zinedine Zidane, who will take charge of France after the World Cup.
