The Vlora Prosecution Office has seized assets worth around 4 million euros, owned by citizen PC and his family members, who are being investigated for the criminal offenses "Forgery of documents" and "Laundering of proceeds of crime", provided for by articles 186 and 287 of the Criminal Code.

The seizure was carried out within the framework of criminal proceedings no. 25/2023, following investigations that revealed a number of movable and immovable assets, which are suspected of having unjustified origins.

The list of seized assets includes:

Land with an area of ​​1600 m² in the name of PC;

Basement 841.75 m² in the name of FC;

Several service units with an area of ​​36–324 m² in the name of FC;

Two apartments in the name of the company “F” shpk;

A 115 m² building in the name of FC

The prosecution announces that investigations are continuing to verify the source of the assets and possible links to criminal activity.

Vlora Prosecution seizes 4 million euros of assets; property, apartments, land and businesses of citizen PC under investigation for two criminal offenses

At the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction, Vlora, the assets of citizen PC and his family members under investigation for two criminal offenses, 'Forgery of documents' and 'Laundering of proceeds of criminal offense or criminal activity', provided for by articles 186 and 287 of the Criminal Code, were seized.

The investigations conducted on criminal proceedings no. 25 of 2023 led to the seizure of this citizen's movable and immovable assets, properties, buildings, businesses and land, which are worth around 4 million euros.

More specifically, at the request of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction, Vlora, the following assets were seized:

– Property of the type 'Plot', with an area of ​​1600 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen PC;

– Property of the type 'Bodrum', with a surface area of ​​841.75 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of the type 'Unit', with a surface area of ​​112.82 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of the type 'Unit', with a surface area of ​​36.14 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of the type 'Unit' with a surface area of ​​59.5 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of the type 'Unit', with a surface area of ​​47.27 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of the type 'Unit', with a surface area of ​​97.42 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of the type 'Apartment', with a surface area of ​​72.36 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of the company 'F' shpk;

– Property of the type 'Apartment', with a surface area of ​​89.90 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of the company 'F' shpk;

– Property of the type 'Unit', with an area of ​​324.17 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC;

– Property of type 'Unit', with an area of ​​318.16 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC; and

– Property of the type 'Building', with a surface area of ​​115 m2, with an address in Vlora in the name of citizen FC
