The Director of the National Agency for the Information Society, Mirlinda Karçanaj, has left the premises of the Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime after three hours.

As Mirlinda Karçanaj entered the SPAK premises, she left accompanied by her lawyer, and did not make any comments to the media that were present.

It is not known exactly what the head of AKSHI was asked about, while her lawyer, as journalists approached to ask Karçanaj questions, said: "Don't touch, don't touch."

We recall that in recent days, several ANA employees, as well as delegates to several ministries, have appeared for questioning by SPAK.

These moves came after the Democratic Party denounced the National Agency for Society and Information for making dubious contracts worth millions of euros.

According to the complaint of the blue headquarters, 7 million euros in VAT were spent during the period 2018-2025, using closed and non-transparent procedures, with negotiation without publication of the contract notice, and with the same beneficiary in each case.
