On Saturday, our country will be affected by unstable weather conditions. The weather is forecast to be moderately cloudy and heavy.
Occasional rainfall with moderate intensity in the form of thunderstorms in most of the country since the first 24-hour hours. In the northwest and southwest areas, rainfall is expected with occasional to high intensity. During the day, rainfall is expected to be present with moderate intensity in most of the territory and isolated short-term thunderstorms accompanied by electrical discharges. In the Alps area, snowfall in the form of snowstorms, in the north-northeast at altitudes above 100 meters and in the south-southeast at altitudes above 200-300 meters, snowfall with moderate to intense intensity. In the rest of the country in the afternoon hours, snowfall with low intensity (snow flakes). Dense fog/haze and reduced visibility due to rain and snow.
The wind will blow from northwest to southwest at an average speed of 8 m/s, along the coastline and valley areas the wind is expected to gain speed up to 24 m/s.
