An autopsy was performed at the "Vallo della Lucania" hospital on the body of Rivaldo Rusi, the 26-year-old Albanian who lost his life after being shot by the owner of a villa in Foria di Centola on the evening of June 22.
The young man had entered the home of a 58-year-old businessman along with two other Albanian associates. The owner of the house, hearing noises, took the rifle he was carrying with permission and went downstairs, shooting at the three of them. At that moment, he shot several times and the 26-year-old was killed, another associate was seriously injured and a third Albanian managed to escape and is currently being sought.
According to the 58-year-old's account, after the shooting, he himself hid the Russian's body in a plastic container used to store wine in San Severino di Centola.
Today's autopsy, ordered by the Vallo della Lucania Prosecutor's Office, was carried out by forensic doctor Francesco Lombardo. The results, once delivered, will serve to better clarify the dynamics of the incident and to shed light on the blows that proved fatal for the Russian. The victim's wife and several family members, Albanians who live in the Caserta area, were also present at the scene. The body has already been handed over to the family.
The entrepreneur is currently registered as a defendant along with his brother, who is suspected of helping him hide the 26-year-old's body. The injured Albanian, who is still hospitalized in Cardarelli in Naples, is also under investigation.
