Rape of lawyer Kujtim Cakrani, Vlora police provide details: He had a conflict with two people over the car, they physically hit him

Vlora Police have provided preliminary information regarding the incident that occurred this afternoon, where lawyer Kujtim Cakrani, 55, was raped.

According to the official announcement, at around 1:30 PM, on the Trans-Balkan road, near a gas station, the lawyer was involved in a conflict with two yet unidentified people, while he was refueling his vehicle.

It is initially suspected that the conflict started due to the positioning of the vehicle at the supply site, which led to the blocking of other vehicles. The situation escalated and the two people involved physically assaulted the lawyer, who is currently receiving medical attention in hospital.

From the first investigative actions, the police managed to identify the vehicle in which the perpetrators fled the scene.

Meanwhile, the investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is continuing its work to fully clarify the circumstances of the event, as well as to identify and capture the perpetrators involved in this incident.

At around 1:30 p.m., on the Trans-Balkan road, near a gas station, while refueling his vehicle, citizen KC, 55 years old, a lawyer by profession, was involved in a conflict with two still unidentified people.

The conflict, which is initially suspected to be related to the positioning of the vehicle at the supply point and the blocking of other vehicles, has escalated, and the two still unidentified people have physically assaulted citizen KC, who is receiving medical attention at the hospital.

The initial investigative actions made it possible to identify the vehicle in which the two citizens fled.

The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident, as well as to identify and capture the perpetrators.
