English football is shaken, the midfielder of the Premier League club is suspended for… drugs

Just a year ago he was caught using nitrous oxide, known as the 'laughing drug'... But now Tottenham midfielder Yves Bisuma has been suspended by the London club, again for the same reason.
According to The Sun, Tottenham have opened a new investigation after the player allegedly sent a video to a woman inhaling nitrous oxide. She reportedly leaked the video to the press and the club was subsequently informed.
"I couldn't believe what I was seeing. He was inhaling the gas through a balloon without any problem, even though he had been suspended for something like that ," the woman in question, who was invited by Bissouma to a party, told the same source. 'The Sun' reports that consuming nitrous oxide can cause brain damage, depression, memory loss, urinary incontinence, hallucinations or other serious harm.
The Mali international, who captains his national team, could now face a hefty fine after being criticised by Tottenham boss Thomas Frank for frequently arriving late for team meetings. Interestingly, the player has also deleted all references to the club from his social media accounts. The 29-year-old has yet to play a single minute this season. Last season, 2024/25, he made 44 appearances for Spurs, scoring two goals.
