Special 50th anniversary, Del Piero remembers the "golden" times with Juve and Zidane

On the occasion of his 50th anniversary, the legend of Juventus, Alessandro Del Piero has given a very interesting interview to "Sky Sport", revealing some of the key moments in his time at Juventus.
" In that period, there was a lot of talk about my future at Milan or Juventus. The season before I signed with Juventus I went to Verona to watch Juventus. It was my first time to go to a Serie A match. I had a meeting with Boniperti, who had closed the deal with Padova at that moment. For me he was an icon, a winning person. I went in with my agent and he said: 'Sign here, don't worry about the numbers, I'll decide later'. So I signed a 5-year contract on a white paper ".
LEAVING - "The decision to leave Juvja was born a few months ago. The team was not doing well and at that time there was a lot of talk about my contract and high salary. I had always made it clear that I was not interested in that, but it was done more by people who wanted us badly. For this reason, I made a public statement that I could sign on white paper again. This was clear from 2006 when we moved down a category. What has happened to me in this jersey, I have not experienced in any other country".
SERIES B- "When I entered the field and thought that 1 month ago I was in Berlin raising the World Cup in the sky. Staying in Serie B was my choice. The moment was dramatic, especially for the way others saw us. There was a lot of hatred for us, but I played with incredible players then."
ZIDAN- "I have had both teammates and opponents. What I liked the most was the fact that there was a lot of chemistry between us. He became "Zidani" at Juve, and then he showed everything at Real Madrid because he also won the Champions League," said Del Piero, among other things.
