Clay casserole with cottage cheese and beef

Ingredients :

400 g beef
400 g sheep's cheese (or dry cottage cheese)
1 large onion
2 cloves garlic
60 g corn flour
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
4 tbsp olive oil Ground
red pepper Dried
mint
Salt and black pepper
Preparation :

In a deep pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until softened and golden brown. Add the beef, increase the heat slightly and fry until dark brown. Season lightly with salt and add the black pepper, red pepper, mint and tomato sauce. Reduce the heat and let the minced meat cook together for about 10 minutes so that the flavors combine. Meanwhile, mix the corn flour with a little cold water to avoid creating lumps and add it slowly, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Add the cottage cheese, mix lightly to distribute without breaking its structure. Leave for 5 minutes until a thick and uniform cream is created.
