Pastry pies with potatoes, bacon, cheese and peppers

Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
1 medium onion
2 eggs
200 g grated gouda cheese
150 g bacon
1 green
pepper 3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon oregano
120 ml milk
120 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Grate the potatoes coarsely. Grate or finely chop the onion and green pepper. Place the potatoes in a large bowl and add the onion, pepper, bacon and cheese. Add the eggs, flour, parsley, oregano, milk and olive oil. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper and mix well. Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled baking dish and level it. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45–50 minutes, until the surface is golden and crispy. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serve warm with yogurt or a green salad.
