Vali Bizhga resigns as Rama's Chief of Staff! Here's who will replace him

The Prime Minister's Chief of Staff, Vali Bizhga, has resigned from the position she has held for many years next to Edi Rama. Known as one of the Prime Minister's closest associates, Bizhga has been a close part of his team since the period when he headed the Municipality of Tirana.

Although she has maintained a low public profile, she is considered one of the key figures in the leadership structure of the Prime Minister's Office. It is learned that the reason for her resignation is related to health problems that have influenced her decision to withdraw from executive functions.

The surprise of the movement comes from the selection of her successor, who will again be a woman. Sources for BalkanWeb and News24 confirm that it is Vilma Premti, who until a few days ago held the position of chief of staff of the President of the Constitutional Court, Olta Zaçaj.

Premti is expected to officially assume her new position as the Prime Minister's Chief of Staff in the coming days.
