Koçeku said he was threatened by Bajrat, PS reacts after

MP Marjana Koçeku was absent from the Foreign Affairs Committee meeting, but her statement to the Bajra criminal group has become a topic of discussion.

It was DP MP Albana Vokshi who raised the question of what guarantees ordinary citizens have when organized crime threatens a female MP.

"If organized crime is able to threaten a member of parliament, a woman, then what happens to the ordinary citizen? What guarantees do ordinary citizens have, and this is not just a problem of public order, but it is an issue that directly affects EU integration," said Vokshi.

The response was received from the chairman of the Commission, Igli Hasani, which is also the first reaction of the Socialist Party on this issue. Hasani said that anyone who feels threatened should contact the State Police and that reactions on Instagram are none of their business.

"Anyone who feels threatened, anyone who has evidence should contact the authorities, the State Police, if there is even one clue. Who chooses Instagram to make statements, that is none of my business at all. They should contact the State Police," said Hasani.
