"It requires an act of martyrdom and heroism", Alfred Lela- Adriatik

The Director of the DP Press Office, Alfred Lela, commented in a post on his social network, the statement made by the 'Albania Becomes' party that one of its supporters at the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office was raped by the police and had his leg broken.

Lela writes that this morning she had asked the leader of this party, Adriatik Lapaj, to call her, to tell her, via a message from Berisha, that if she wanted, she could stand in front of the prime minister's office and join the 'Speaker'.

But according to him, Lapaj had not contacted him, and for Lela, this was done on purpose by him, adding: To build scenarios with violence ordered by the main opposition is a game of elbows for protagonism, not oppositionism. Also, it's an unpleasant thing...

"I wrote to Adriatik Lapaj this morning 'to call me when he has the chance'. To show the messages to his supporters, before he uses them to blame Berisha and the DP for the police violence."

I wrote to him, not out of spite, but because I had a message from Sali Berisha that, if he wanted, the door was open to him speaking on our platform.

"He didn't call me or write to me. Now I think I understand why. He is asking for an act of martyrdom and heroism. In this case, he is also mutilating the truth. I beg him not to become like the 'political brother' of May 11, Enxiu Shabani," Lela writes.

"However, I regret the police force used on two occasions against his supporters. It is ridiculous to not allow protests in front of an institution, when in front of the White House there are, every Lord's Day, several protests, some even permanent. No one pushes them or hinders them."

To build scenarios with violence ordered by the main opposition is a game of elbows for protagonism, not oppositionism. Also, it's a shameful thing...", he says.
