Ilir Meta: All three accusations are both shameful and absurd, but the open trial process will clarify it even for any fool.
First, CEZ-DIA is a fully judged case where the rapporteur in the High Court, coincidentally, was Mr. Panda. The name Ilir Meta does not exist anywhere.
Likewise, the effective damage that DIA has caused to the Albanian state, as the owner of 24% of CEZ shares, according to the High Court, is almost 1.5 million euros. Meanwhile, this same Court has left in force the seizure of almost 4 million euros of Kastriot Ismail's accounts, since 2014.
So this is the only "affair" where the state has come out with a profit.

This matter was also tried at the Court of Arbitration in Vienna and at the end of this process, Mr. Tim Schreber, the representative of Clifford Chance, in the letter of thanks for the cooperation addressed to Mr. Gjiknuri, as Minister of Energy, and Mr. Adrian Çela as Director of OSHE, apologizes for any misinterpretation in the media regarding the name of the Speaker of the Parliament, Ilir Meta, and assures them that they have not seen any connection between Mr. Meta and the benefits or corrupt practices of the DIA administrators.

Meanwhile, SPAK did not care at all about the official criminal complaint of the High State Audit Office against the Rama Government regarding the economic damage caused to the state of 479 million euros, of which 95 million euros as the payment agreed in the agreement, 352 million euros as CEZ's arrears to the Albanian state, as a result of mismanagement 2009-2012 and 32 million euros from the devaluation to zero of the value of 24% of the state's shares.

It has been 10 years since this criminal complaint was filed by the Supreme Audit Office for the loss of 479 million euros and does anyone know what happened to this investigation?
It is clear that for SPAK, the priority is not the recovery of hundreds of millions of euros forgiven, stolen from the Albanian people, but the implementation of Edi Rama's directives from the PS tribunes for the arrest of Mr. Berisha and Ilir Meta.

Precisely, during the Berisha Government, a prestigious French studio was contracted to audit all accounts and mutual obligations after the breakup with CEZ, and it confirmed all obligations that CEZ had to the Albanian state, which amounted to 500 million euros.

Regarding the accusation of lobbying, I want to assure you that SPAK deliberately sent a letter of intent not to reveal the truth, since between LSI and GSIS there is a legal contract where every detail is well-defined in the most rigorous manner for every payment and notification.

There is no contract between Ilir Meta and GSIS, but between LSI and GSIS.
There is no signature of Ilir Meta, neither in the contract nor for any authorization for any payment, since LSI had a legal statute, on how financial operations were carried out and which official was responsible for these operations.

You know that today in the US there is neither “Bilal” nor McGonigal in prison, for illegal relations with Ilir Meta.
To degrade the accusation from the bombastic bluff of October 21, 2024 that Ilir Meta had paid $1 million to meet President Trump, to the ridiculous claims that he paid to meet Mr. Palmer, a low-level official in the State Department, is tragicomic, as there have been many cases when I refused to meet with him, not simply because he did not represent a high hierarchical level, but because he behaved as a representative of the “Open Balkans” and not of the State Department.

And there were strong personal reasons for this, due to his connections with Serbia.
This was the reason why officials of a much higher level than him would call me on certain issues.
As for the extremely absurd accusation of money laundering, I can only tell you 2 facts.
First, despite the tendentious investment, not only by SPAK within the country and everywhere abroad, to this day not a penny has been seized from me nor a single square meter.

The second fact is that the financial analysis was done by an employee of the SPAK administration, outside of any professional and legal standards.
I bear no legal responsibility for any financial action, neither of my ex-wife, nor of her mother, nor of their cousins ​​and cousins, as long as I had no knowledge of any irregularities on their part.
Mr. Dumani is not responsible for the public violation by the police of the orders he signs. While I, unlike him, bear responsibility for every order and act signed by me, but not by others.

Criminal liability is individual and not collective.

Ilir Meta:  This political and judicial conspiracy has been woven for a long time, but I am confident in its shameful failure.

This is not a judicial process against an individual, but a comprehensive conspiracy against the sovereignty of the Albanian people and our state.

I am very aware of the heavy historical weight that I have carried in the past, but I am even clearer about the heavier weights that I will carry in the future. That is why I “train” every day.

While the Freedom Party has a wonderful program, that of 5 Priorities for 4 million Albanians plus, which is in complete contrast to the narco-economy of the “Renaissance”.

Therefore, efforts must be increased to explain each priority as best as possible, while the organization must be improved under the conditions of a mafia regime.
New people must be brought to the top of the Freedom Party structures, who have the courage and will to fight for Change and who are unblackmailable by the regime.
