Berisha: I fully welcome this statement. There is a current that really cannot realize the difference between an independent candidate supported by a political party and a non-partisan candidate proposed by political parties, the latter being a candidate of a political party.
A candidate who runs independently and the political parties decide to support, if he is an independent, does not have to do any campaigning with party leaders. However, party leaders will engage with their capabilities to mobilize the party electorate to vote for him.
He is not a candidate proposed by us or by the non-partisan opposition parties, but an independent that the opposition parties have decided to support.
