Sali Berisha is the right candidate to defeat Ogerta Manastirliu in the local by-elections for the Municipality of Tirana. This proposal was made in the studio of Ditari with Pandi Gjata, on A2 CNN, by former Democratic MP Dashnor Sula, who expressed confidence that the Democratic leader will win these elections. Sula emphasizes on A2 CNN that only with Berisha as the candidate for mayor of the capital will the opposition triumph, raising the hopes of the Democrats.

According to Sula, Berisha does not have Rama facing him like other Democratic candidates had in the past, but Ogerta Manstirliu. And according to him, if he loses, he doesn't know what will happen.
