We recall that in June of last year, Roshi was charged with "abuse of office" in connection with a report by the Albanian Supreme Audit Office against him for irregularities with tenders in the Municipality of Kavaja.

The Supreme State Audit Office filed a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor's Office against Roshi and several of his former directors in September 2015, as they were suspected of having caused economic damage of 33 million lek with tenders for the reconstruction of the city center and the construction of several roads.
