"Osmani rejected the offer for president", the Presidency denies the statement of Vetëvendosje

The Chairwoman of the Vetëvendosje Movement Parliamentary Group said that they have offered the current president, Vjosa Osmani, the necessary signatures for her candidacy, but according to Nagavci, Osmani has not accepted the offer.
"There has been attention, debate and interest among citizens about the issue of the presidential candidacy for another term. In this regard, I would like to inform you that as a movement, we have also offered the president, Vjosa Osmani, signatures for her candidacy, although from what we know, no other political entity has done such a thing so far.
We have even had statements from political entities, in this case PDK, about not supporting Ms. Osmani. Since Ms. Osmani has not accepted this offer, now taking into account the current dynamics and the short time until tomorrow at 24:00 to elect the president, but also the numbers of other political entities that do not have a sufficient number of deputies to provide 30 signatures to meet the condition for the nomination of a candidate for president, we as LVV have been ready and are ready to offer the signatures of our deputies", said Nagavci.
The Presidency's reaction was immediate. They denied Nagavci's statement, calling it a lie.
"Denial. President Osmani denies that she was offered signatures and support from the Vetevendosje Movement for re-election as President of the Republic of Kosovo. This is a lie!" wrote Learta Hollaj, advisor to the current president, Vjosa Osmani.
