Who was included and who was left out of the lists in the Kosovo elections?

The lists have been submitted and now all eyes are on the candidates. Who is in, who is out, and what innovations the country's political entities have brought this time.

At the top of the red list is the name of Albin Kurti, the acting Prime Minister. Behind him, row after row, are others, well-known names, new faces and, of course, surprises.

Andin Hoti seems to have changed his election plans. Formerly a member of parliament for the Democratic Party of Kosovo, he is now seeking the votes of the Vetëvendosje Movement electorate.

The Minister of Industry is not being affected by the indictment filed against her on November 11 of this year regarding state reserves. She will run for MP from the ranks of VV, with number 21. Adriana Matoshi has taught her to "finish" these elections.

The 'clashes' via Facebook that have accompanied her in recent days with the mayor of Skenderaj, Sami Lushtaku, have not stopped her from running for another term as a member of parliament, although her voice is rarely heard in the Kosovo Assembly.

The 'isolated' person from Leposaviç, Lulzim Hetemi, has already surfaced on the Vetëvendosje list, running for MP.

Her melancholic sounds may not be, but her political voice aims to be present in the Assembly. Edona Llalloshi has once again won the race.

The Democratic Party of Kosovo has its own surprises. MP Visar Korenica is no longer on the VV list, he has switched to PDK. Eman Rrahmani has also done the same.

Although he never managed to secure the votes of the deputy, this did not deter artist Genc Prelvukaj from running again. Ismet Beqiri's name is there, but Agim Veliu's is nowhere to be found on the list of the Democratic League of Kosovo.

The LDK did not include the former Minister of Internal Affairs on the list at all, which apparently came as a surprise to Veliu. Among the new names in the party is Ferid Agani, a neuropsychiatrist who brings freshness to politics. Ukë Rugova, the son of former president Ibrahim Rugova, will also run for MP from the LDK ranks.

The Llausha gang has once again taken over the Kosovo Assembly. Instead of his niece, Marigona, his uncle, Fadil, will now run.

From the biggest house in Kosovo, Big Brother, Lumbardh Salihu is now running for the Assembly. Although he failed to win in the previous elections, he has not stopped his ambition.

Ardian Kastrati is not on the PDK list, but this time he is running with another party. He recently joined Ramush Haradinaj's AAK. / Klan Kosova
