"We did not participate in the bombings"/ Britain, France and Germany with a joint statement: We condemn Iran's retaliatory attacks!

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has strongly condemned Iran's retaliatory attacks on neighboring countries, following joint attacks launched earlier in the day by the United States and Israel.
In a joint statement with French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, Starmer stressed that the three European countries have not participated in military strikes, but are in constant coordination with international partners.
"France, Germany and the United Kingdom have consistently called on the Iranian regime to end Iran's nuclear program, curb its ballistic missile program, refrain from destabilizing activity in the region and in our countries, and cease the horrific violence and repression against its own people," the statement said.
The leaders emphasized that, although they have not been part of military operations, they remain in close contact with their international partners, including the US, Israel, and countries in the region, reaffirming their commitment to regional stability and the protection of civilian lives.
"We condemn Iranian attacks on countries in the region in the strongest terms. Iran must refrain from indiscriminate military attacks. We call on the Iranian leadership to seek a negotiated solution. Ultimately, the Iranian people must be allowed to determine their own future," the joint statement concluded.
