Wanted by Spain, 53-year-old arrested on the Elbasan-Peqin axis

A 53-year-old man internationally wanted by Spanish authorities has been arrested on the Elbasan-Peqi road.

According to the official announcement, the citizen with the initials JB, a resident of Vlora, was wanted by Spanish authorities for the criminal offenses of "Drug Trafficking", "Criminal Organization" and "Electricity Theft".

The arrest was carried out with the aim of his extradition to Spain.

"Within the framework of the "Alert" operation, in cooperation with the Road Traffic services, it was possible to locate on the Elbasan-Peqin road axis, capture and arrest with the aim of extradition to Spain of citizen JB, 53 years old, resident of Vlora.

The 53-year-old was wanted by Spanish authorities for the criminal offenses of "Drug Trafficking", "Criminal Organization" and "Electricity Theft" , police announced.
