"I told Trump that he should intervene for the KLA leaders in The Hague,

Prime Minister Edi Rama stated in an interview with Alexis Papahelas, editor-in-chief of the Kathimerini newspaper, that he has asked US President Donald Trump to intervene in the ongoing trial in The Hague against 4 former KLA leaders.

Rama said he made this request when he was with President Trump on the day of the establishment of the Peace Board and asked him for something related to the court of justice.

"It was based on a fantasy report by the Russians, by Vladimir Putin, supporting a motion to investigate so-called war crimes and organ trafficking."

The court was set up to turn this fantasy process against the leaders and imprisoned them without a formal charge.

"Then, the whole process turned into something completely different. There was no human organ trafficking and they are accused of leading the war against the invaders and collaborating with NATO. I told Trump that he should intervene, but he was too busy, I can't imagine," Rama said.
