Man caught outside apartment violating house arrest, 31-year-old arrested

The 31-year-old man was arrested and detained for violating the security measure "House Arrest", imposed by the Court for "Theft", and "Production and Sale of Narcotics". In continuation of the work to guarantee order and security, as well as to identify and crack down on illegal activities, the services of the Dibër Police Commissariat arrested and detained citizen SB, 31 years old, resident of the village of Fushë-Alie, Dibër.

This citizen had left his apartment, contrary to the decision of the Court which had imposed the security measure "House Arrest" on him, for the criminal offenses of "Theft" and "Production and Sale of Narcotics".
