Olti Klos's story: When I returned from my uncle's funeral, they threw TNT at me. Balla demanded that the car be burned.

"...I was in mourning for my uncle all day. As soon as I returned and entered the apartment, I heard a loud explosion. I went outside and saw the damaged vehicle emitting smoke...".
This is what Oltjon Klosi stated to the Tirana police during interrogation on the morning of March 10 at the Tirana police premises.
Klosi parked the vehicle and as he left not many minutes later, Jurgen Gjonaj placed TNT in his "Benz-Mercedes" car, causing its destruction.
In his testimony given to Tirana police officers, Klosi indicated that he had no knowledge or suspicions about who could have committed such an act, which subsequently led to the destruction of his car.
"...I just returned from my uncle's funeral and after entering the apartment I heard a loud explosion and when I came out I saw the damaged vehicle. ..." - Oltjon Klosi told the investigation group.
Despite the fact that in this case the injured party, Oltjon Klosi, was unable to assist the police with the names of the suspects who could have committed this crime, judicial police officers have provided sufficient video footage to solve this crime.
The footage shows that at around 01:55 midnight on March 10, 2026, an unidentified person wearing black clothing and a black hood passes near the Benz-Mercedes vehicle on a bicycle and then turns to the end of the alley, and then the explosion occurs.
By continuing to monitor the surveillance cameras, the police noticed a bicycle cable and a piece of fuse at the Malaysian compound, which they then took for laboratory examination.
From the compared profiles and the analysis of the video footage, the Tirana police have concluded that the author of placing the explosives in Oltjon Klos' car is the arrested citizen Jurgen Gjonaj.
After being arrested, the latter admitted to the crime, indicating that he had committed it in return for repaying a debt of 14 thousand euros that Gjonaj owed to the mastermind of the crime, Renato Balla, as a result of supplying cocaine to Germany.
Gjonaj told the police that he had no acquaintance with Oltjon Klosit and no conflict, but he admitted to destroying the car with TNT in order to repay the financial debt he had to Renato Balla.
According to the investigative file, Renato Balla, before entering into a criminal agreement with Jurgen Gjonaj, requested that the destruction of Oltjon Klos' car be carried out by his friend, Krisjan Ahmerama.
After the police arrested and questioned Kristjan Ahmerama, the latter revealed that he has long known the other arrestee, Renato Balla.
During questioning, he admitted that he gave Jurgen the bicycle that Jurgen Gjonaj used to plant the TNT. Kristjani testified that:
"...about two weeks before the incident, Renato Balla asked me to burn a Benz type vehicle with the license plate "AA 888 UE" with gasoline, but I refused. Renato then asked me to go to "Pati Travel" to see if this vehicle was parked there. I went and noticed that the car was parked there, then notified Renato Balla...".
In connection with this incident, Tirana police have arrested Jurgen Gjonaj, Renato Balla, Kristjan Ahmeraman, Eklips Leti, Sabah Nuzi, Glentjan Kotari, Dorjan Hamolli and Geris Molla.
Charges have been filed against them by the prosecution such as "Destruction of property with explosives", "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", "Unauthorized possession of explosive ammunition" and "Failure to report a crime".
The order to destroy Oltjon Klos' car is suspected to have been requested by Sabah Nuzi, who has been arrested by SPAK since October 2025 on charges of murder in collaboration with Aurel Hoxha. Nuzi is being held in isolation in the Fushë-Krujë prison and is suspected of having given the order to destroy the car from there.
