The businessman, Tur Koçeku, who has officially chosen to call himself Luciano Koçeku, is wanted by the police as the orderer of the barbaric violence, (See the video at the end), against the other businessman, Adriatik Roshi. One of the tracks that the police are investigating for this serious event is a massive fight that took place in a nightclub in Palasa, "Sin", where Tur Koçeku was hit with hard objects and publicly beaten.
What should have been a night of fun for the youth group at the end of August last year turned into a big question mark for the life of Kocek, who ended up in a critical condition in hospital after suffering extensive injuries in the head.
But the journey of Koček with two names, known both in the field of crime and in business, has had other close collaborators, characters who have often been involved in the construction of towers in the capital, as well as for other 'deeds'.
It is about the brothers Shtufi, Ilir and Kujtim, brothers-in-law of another well-known businessman, Mark Luli, all in cooperation with the Berisha family and especially Shkëlzen.
The two Shtufi brothers own, among other things, the company 'Nova Construction 2012' that is building the tower "Mali i Tirana", behind which the media have denounced that the Berisha family is hiding.
Born in Bulqiza, Turi Koçeku has expanded his activities dating back to 2014
On 13.09.2014, the company "LTD Co" shpk was founded, which has as partners: Ilir Shtufin in the amount of 10%, Lucjano Koceku in the amount of 40% and Kujtim Shtufi in the amount of 50%.
On 13.08.2019, the company "KORÇA PHOTOVOLTAIC PARK" sh.pk was established. The sole founding partner of the company was Ilir Shtufi, but through the contract for the sale of quotas with no. 2391 rep., no. 911 col., dated 22.05.2021, the latter decided to transfer 40 percent of the capital quotas to Luciano Koceku.
Koçeku alone owns three other companies: SGD Energjime subject to production, trading and supply of electricity with administrator Myfit Duriçin; BALLENJA-COMPANY with the same entity, but with a not so small difference.
Ballenja Kompani has also received a concession for the construction of the "Ballenja" Hydropower Plant using the waters of the Ballenja catchment basin in Bulqiza with a power of 1,000 kE and an average annual energy of 4,197,824 kEh/year.
GAV Invest is another company under Koçek's name that operates in the construction field and has Ledio Tuşan as its administrator.
Tur Koceku has divided his life between Tirana, where he has other businesses, and Dubai, where he had been settled for a long time.
