New details have been revealed about the execution of 61-year-old Piro Prroni in the village of Abat i Shala, in Shkodra.

After surrendering, author Ndoc Maçaj witnessed the dynamics of the murder and how the conflict began.

In his testimony, the 58-year-old stated that he and the victim were from the same tribe.

Maçaj's testimony states that on Thursday evening, as they were leaving their property, a conflict broke out during a conversation.

The victim attempted to shoot him with a scythe, while the perpetrator pulled out a pistol and fired into the air. The conflict continued and then the perpetrator shot the 61-year-old, testifying that he did this in self-defense.
