Gone as a tourist/ 18-year-old Albanian caught distributing illegal substances by bicycle on the Rimini coast

An 18-year-old Albanian who had gone to Italy as a tourist was arrested by the Rimini Carabinieri on the Miramare coast.
The young man, who was riding a bicycle, was stopped by officers in flagrante delicto for suspected possession of narcotics with the intent to sell. The Carabinieri became suspicious of the young man's frequent stops along the way and his constant looking around.
This behavior aroused the officers' suspicions and they soon saw an unknown man approach the teenager. The young man on the bike gave the person something and then quickly drove away. At that point, officers intervened and arrested both suspects.
The buyer had received a package containing a dose of cocaine, which was seized. However, the suspect was found with 100 euros in cash, the proceeds of drug trafficking. He has been detained pending trial, Italian media reports .
Meanwhile, the buyer, who had already thrown the package containing the drugs into a flower garden, was reported to the Prefecture of Rimini for personal use of the drug.
