A 75-year-old man in Fier has been prosecuted at large because, during a verbal altercation with the chief secretary of the first instance court, he threatened and insulted her.
Fier police say that a free procedure has been initiated in this case. The reason for the clash was the postponement of the court session.
"The materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen VH, 75 years old, resident of Fier, as it is suspected that due to the postponement of a court session, he threatened and insulted the Chief Secretary of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Fier," the police statement said.
