A 44-year-old man identified as Urim Kuka has been arrested by the Elbasan Police after being declared wanted and convicted of the criminal offenses of "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Introducing or keeping prohibited items in the institution for the execution of prison sentences."
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
Specialists of the Narcotics Investigation Section, in cooperation with the Operational Section of the Elbasan Police Department, in continuation of the work to locate and capture wanted citizens, based on the information provided, made it possible to locate, capture and put in handcuffs the citizen:
UK, 44 years old, resident of Elbasan.
The First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Elbasan has sentenced this citizen to 4 years in prison, of which he has 2 years, 1 month and 26 days left to serve, for the criminal offenses of "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Introducing or keeping prohibited items in the institution for the execution of prison sentences."
The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
