Moments of panic in Romania, coach Lucescu suffers concussion in training

Moments of anxiety in the Romania camp a few days before the important challenge against Slovakia. The coach of the Romanian national team, Mircea Lucescu, has suffered a collapse during a training session, causing great concern among the staff and players.

Sources close to the team indicate that the 80-year-old technician's condition has stabilized, while he will undergo further examinations in the coming days to more accurately determine his health situation.

Following the incident, the Romanian Football Federation immediately reacted by asking UEFA to postpone the play-off match for the losing teams. However, the request was rejected, leaving the scheduled schedule in force.

Under these circumstances, Romania will travel to Bratislava this Sunday without Lucescu on the bench, while the team will be forced to take to the field under the guidance of support staff.

It should be noted that Lucescu is considered one of the greatest figures in European football, also holding the record as the oldest coach in the history of national teams.
