Disciplinary Committee makes decisions, fines for everyone

The Disciplinary and Ethics Commission of the Albanian Football Association has made decisions regarding recent sporting events in all categories of Albanian football. For the wrongful behavior of the fans, Vllaznia has been fined 50 thousand lek. 50 thousand lek fine also for Tirana, as it has not respected its obligations and responsibilities. Not even Teuta can escape.
Decisions of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Albanian Football Association dated 16.12.2025
KF Vllaznia, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and igniting pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
KF Tirana, for failing to comply with its obligations and responsibilities and activity regulations, causing delays in the start of the game, based on article 8/1 of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë.
KF Teuta, for failing to comply with its responsibilities in maintaining order and security, by allowing unauthorized persons into the stadium's interior, based on articles 8/1 and 17/1 of the KDE, is fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
KF Iliria, for failure to comply with its responsibilities in maintaining order and security, jeopardizing the safety of match officials, as well as for the misconduct of spectators, where offensive chants were used against match officials, based on articles 6/3/b, 8/1, 17/2/b and 17/2/h of the Code of Ethics and Discipline, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek, as well as with the holding of 5 (five) matches without the presence of spectators. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
In accordance with Article 58 of the Activity Regulations, KF Iliria is ordered to send for approval the list of officials who will remain in the stands, to the match delegate, at least 48 hours before the start of each match until the end of the suspension.
KF Iliria player, Brajan Selmani, for threatening match officials and for disrespecting decision no. 15, dated 05.12.2025, based on articles 14/1/k and 29/1/d of the KDE, is punished with suspension from any activity organized by the FSHF for a period of 10 (ten) matches.
The unserved period of the previous sentence of decision no. 15, dated 05.12.2025, is added to the new term of sentence.
The official of KF Iliria, Petrit Selmani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities. In accordance with article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and the interior of the stadium, until the end of the sentence.
KF Skënderbeu official, Gentian Lico, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of the KDE, is sentenced to 2 (two) matches suspension from activities.
KF Skënderbeu player, Mario Gjata, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 3 (three) matches suspension from activities.
KF Laçi player, Taleb Khalil, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/h of the KDE, is sentenced to 3 (three) matches suspension from activities.
FC Lushnja, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
The official of FK Kukësi, Florian Biba, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities. In accordance with article 6/2/b of the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering the locker rooms and the interior of the stadium, until the end of the sentence.
FC Lushnja official, Mario Sula, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
KF Tirana U-16, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
The official of KF Vllaznia U-16, Ali Shpuza, for provocation of spectators, based on article 14/1/f of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
The official of KF Vllaznia U-16, Khaled Hoxha, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
FC Kinostudio U-16, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that, in the event of repeated failure to comply with the necessary security measures during the development of matches, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
Acceptance of the request of the applicant Aldo Vangjeli. Tirana Football Club, for failure to execute decision no. 21, dated 21.11.2025 of the National Chamber for Dispute Resolution, based on article 29/1/b of the KDE, Tirana Football Club is given a notice period of 30 (thirty) days to execute the decision.
