This is how the Greek newspaper "Proinos Logos" begins its article , which says that the president of the PAS Ioannina team has received an offer from Albanian footballer Andi Lila and a powerful Albanian businessman, but his name is not disclosed.
Furthermore, according to the newspaper, the "Albanian businessman" has been informed in detail about debts and unresolved issues, as well as what is changing in the Third Division in Greece, which is an amateur category.
