Procrastination of the “Balluku” case, Berisha: Constitutional Court

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has not spared criticism of the judges of the Constitutional Court, accusing them of a lack of character and dignity, following developments regarding the case of Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, for whom there is still no decision regarding her suspension from office by the Constitutional Court.

Berisha stated during the meeting with the Democrats in Branch 1 and 3 in Tirana that the judges of the Constitutional Court treat themselves like larvae, accept every kind of humiliation and self-abasement and are without character, without dignity, without a backbone.

He added that this behavior is a result of fear and terror towards, as he called it, "Edi Rama's dictate."

Berisha: " Is there a greater shame than those judges who are known to be our highest judges, of Albanians, of the country, of the state, who treat themselves like larvae, without character, without dignity, without backbone, without anything."

Don't forget, they are the judges who decide for our rights. They decide, they accept every kind of humiliation and self-abasement. Why? I don't believe they would want to be humiliated, but they have degraded in rank from the fear and terror they have from the dictates of Edi Rama.

"So, this is the latest example. We could give dozens of examples, there is none, it does not exist in literature, in reality."
